Luckily, we have gathered some of our favorite workouts throughout the years to help you get a good workout in during this crazy time. How to Get a Good Workout in Less Time Part 1
For this workout, focus on the main lift at first, then use the additional time you have for the accessory work. It can be as long as you want!
How to Get a Good Workout in Less Time Part 2
This is a workout example from the Booty Lab by Becca App. Focus on the first 2 exercises pushing yourself to get the highest reps in the range provided or pushing the weight. Then move to the second set of exercises skipping the last part. If you are really short on time skip the second set of exercises and move to the end with the finisher.
How to do Hip Thrusts At-Home
