Semi-Private Groups
Our semi-private groups are limited to 6 people. We know working out is more fun when you get to know the people you’re with. You’ll get booty-kicking workouts plus a few new friends to hold you accountable.
Personalized Attention
We want you to get the most out of every workout, which is why we keep our classes small. Our trainers will know you and your goals and can give you personalized attention during your workouts. Want to know your progress? We also give you a personalized app to track photos, measurements, and of course Strength goals.
Effective Workouts
Strength training is an important aspect of your overall fitness. Not only will you build lean muscles and sculpt those glutes during the workouts but you’ll burn more calories during the day – even when you’re resting.

Fitness has always been a pivotal part of my life. As a young girl, cheerleading brought me a sense of athleticism and competitiveness that carried me to where I am today.
I began working as a special needs teacher, fulfilling my passion for helping others and instructing. However, when I met my husband Chris several years later, I discovered another passion; the health and training field. Training became a way to fuse fitness and teaching into my daily life.
Today, I am the proud owner of Booty Lab. My mission is to help women meet their health and fitness goals in a challenging, exciting, comfortable environment.
The most enjoyable and rewarding aspect of being a trainer is seeing your clients achieve their goals and be successful. Every day I get to witness individuals do more and be more than they ever dreamed of. My clients have coined me as the “glute queen,” since this is a focus of every session. I primarily work with females to help them achieve an athletic, yet feminine physique, and more importantly find confidence in themselves as beautiful, strong women.

Since growing up in a very active household, health and fitness have always been something that I valued from a young age. Both my athletic endeavors and strong interest in science throughout my childhood and high school played a major role in my choice to pursue a degree in exercise science at Towson University. However, it wasn’t until my junior year of college that I discovered my passion for strength training. I fell in love with the process of setting goals, achieving them, and learning so much about myself and the human body in the process. I became a trainer because I wanted to help others to learn and achieve their goals as I did and to have fun while doing so!
I’ve spent the better part of the last 5 years in various gym environments with clients of all ages, backgrounds, and ability levels, both as a trainer and an athlete. You could say that the gym is one of my most favorite places. Although much of my time is spent inside of a gym, as much of my time as possible is also spent outside. If you can’t find me in the gym, you can find me in one of my two of my other favorite outdoor spaces; the beach or a music festival!

I grew up in a very active household and was involved in sports from a young age, which naturally progressed into an interest in HIIT and weightlifting when I came to UNCW after high school. I started working out regularly and loved the positive changes it brought to my life and wanted to share these with others, which led me to obtain my personal trainer certification in 2019.
Since then, I have been training with clients of all ages and skill levels and recently graduated with a degree in Exercise Science and Exercise Physiology. Through my degree and certifications, I have learned a lot about health, fitness, and how to increase gains and performance in the gym. I have a passion for sharing this knowledge with others and helping them become the best version of themselves they can be.

Being active has always played an important role in my life. I played soccer and ran cross country all the up until sophomore year in college. I began struggling with my weight once I stopped sports, so I decided to do something about it. I began consistently exercising and trying to become stronger. Eventually, I fell in love with becoming healthier, feeling better, and seeing my strength increase. I knew this is what I wanted to do and share with others.
Fast forward to now, I have graduated from UNCW with my Bachelor degree in Public Health while also getting my Personal Trainers Certification. I want to educate and help others understand the benefits of exercise/movement. I want others to fall in love with the art of a healthy lifestyle like I did. I have always felt like my part in the world is to help others succeed and become the best/healthiest version of themselves!

From a young age I have been invested in fitness and competing. I participated in many sports growing up, but volleyball quickly became my passion. I was first introduced to strength training after I suffered an unfortunate back injury. Lifting not only helped me recover from injuries, but gave me a sense of empowerment.
I know at a young age I wanted to pursue a career in health science, specifically Physical Therapy. My passion is to help people live a healthy lifestyle to the fullest. I graduated from UNCW with a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and I plan to attend PT school in the Fall of 2023.
