This is a full-body program that you can follow from warm-up to progression videos. The coolest part is being able to track your progress in the app. No printable documents or spreadsheets. Just open the app and you’re ready to workout!

Step-By-Step Coaching
With the Booty Lab app, you have each workout on-demand with full length videos to coach you through each movment. Plus, access to our video library with step by step instructions for each movement.
Customizable Schedule
This is YOUR fitness program. Each program comes with 3 workouts and 1 bonus workout per week. You can schedule and customize your training schedule each week all within the app.
New Monthly Workouts
Each Booty Lab program is designed as a 4-week program. Every 4 weeks you’ll receive a new set of workouts. This allows you to build strength through consistency and repetition each month, so you’ll be ready to progress to the next set of exercises. Reach your goals and see results!

The Booty Lab Gym Program is our cornerstone program! You get the same workouts and programming we do in the Booty Lab Studio. This program is perfect for people who have a gym membership or equipment at-home.

Meet Your Personal Trainer
Hi, I’m Rebecca, and I’m so happy you’re here! I started Booty Lab in Wilmington, NC as a place for women to discover the benefits of strength training and find their confidence in and out of the gym. Seeing the transformation in my clients, I knew we had something special here. So to give more women access to Booty Lab, I built the Booty Lab by Becca app.
This is not just your average fitness app. I’m not going to show you all the cool things I can do or how fit of a trainer I am. This is about meeting you where you are and making you feel the strongest you’ve ever felt all while building those glutes! This is a fitness app that actually coaches you through the movements giving you confidence and results!

Program Details + FAQs
Do I need access to a gym?
The Booty Lab Program and Coaching Program are made for clients with access to fully equipped gyms. Weights will be required to grow that booty!
How long will it take to receive my program and get started?
Once you sign up, your program will start on the following Monday. For personal training clients, I will request some additional information from you to make sure we have the right plan for you.
What if I have a busy schedule? Will this program work for me?
No problem! You can customize your training schedule each week to fit your needs. Just remember, consistency is key!
Do you have videos of the exercises in the app?
Yes! I have on-demand videos of the full workout ands how-to videos, descriptions, and tips for each exercise. No more second-guessing your form or Googling exercises. It’s all there for you in the Booty Lab app.
How many times a week will you be checking in with me?
If you purchase a personal training package, I will check in with you once a week. Also, you will have 24/7 access to me through your app. If you have questions or need a little extra encouragement, I’m here for you!
How long until I start seeing results?
You will start to feel more confident and stronger immediately. However, muscle and strength take time. Be patient and stay consistent. Within the app, you will be able to track your progress so you can see the transformation and have the stats to prove it!
Does the program automatically renew and is there a minimum months required?
The At-Home Program and Booty Lab Program auto-renew monthly unless you decide to opt-out. The Coaching Program is a 3 month program. After the 3 months, you will no longer be on auto-draft for the Coaching Program, but you choose to start another program.
