Booty Lab by Becca Total Body Workout
The Booty Lab by Becca app is back! We are excited to get back into it and bring you our beloved virtual workouts through the app! These workouts will follow along with the current workouts in the Booty Lab studio. So, you’re getting the same workouts, on your own time.
We will be focusing on 3 types of programs in the app. All will have a focus on building total body strength, just in different ways! Each workout will have easy-to-follow, step-by-step instructions for exercises and progression videos. You just have to choose the one that would work best for you! Here are the 3 programs:
First, the full-access gym program. This is for you if you have a membership at a gym in town and will have access to weights and equipment.
Second, the minimal weights program. This is for you if you can access minimal weights (at home or a gym) like dumbbells, kettlebells, and bands.
Third, the complete bodyweight program. This is for you if you have no access to weights and just want to complete the workouts with body weight.

Mobility overhead deep squat 3×5
DB Shoulder Press 3×6-12
DB RDL 3×8
DB chest fly 3×15
