My philosophy has always been living a balanced life. I don’t believe in “diets” or counting calories or macros. I’ve been there and done that! It creates a very unhealthy relationship with food in my opinion. All my successes with healthy eating has been contributed to three major things: Creating habits, staying consistent, and not pressuring myself to be perfect.
