Our Intro to Strength Training program is a great place to start! This “Pre-Booty Lab” class is perfect for those who want to start building lean muscle and sculpting that booty but haven’t lifted weights before – or at least in a while.
Our next Intro to Strength Training Class starts on September 16th. This 4 week program is limited to 6 people, so you get the one-on-one attention and coaching you need to learn how to properly and effectively lift weights. You’ll build strength and lean muscle in a fun, small group setting.
Monday, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 5-6 PM
