2023 Booty Lab Recap!
2023 was a great year for Booty Lab! The gym continues to grow and change in the best ways possible. We are so thankful for everyone who joined us in the gym, whether it was one time, or the whole year. You ladies are what make Booty Lab, Booty Lab! Let’s take a look back at our 2023 recap.
End of Year Stats
Like we said, 2023 was a big year for us! We had:
– 13 Programs
– 150 Clients
– Thousands of PR’s
– Average of 152 workouts per client
We had a new coach join the team, Coach Maggie! She graduated from OSU with a Master of Science in Kinesiology and has been killing it in the gym with our ladies!
We had some fun, collabroative events at the gym! Sip and stretch with Dr. Colleen Rollo from Paradigm Performance Therapy, Yoga at the studio with Kate Lumpkin, a workshop with Amy from Pelvic Prescription Physical Therapy and Wellness, and a joint workout with Kathryn Benko from Sole Fitness!
We also revamped the gym with the help of Aktiv Solutions to improve functionality and flow. Aktiv reconfigured the Booty Lab space, dedicating one side of the gym to strength training with our squat bays while the other focuses on dynamic movement-based training and smart storage solutions using GYM RAX®. App Relaunch
Also this year, we relaunched the Booty Lab by Becca Fitness App! You now have access to the workouts we do in the gym, on your phone! Choose from 3 different types of programs and complete the workouts on your own time, wherever you want!
This is a great option for those with busy or unpredictable schedules. It provides structure to your workouts and takes away a lot of the guessing that can sometimes come with fitness! Learn more about the app and download it here!
