Glutes are the focus here at Booty Lab, here are some great exercises to grow that booty!
So clearly you guys loved testing out those glutes from our challenge a few weeks ago. So, I wanted to send you another glutes challenge.
50-100 reps of each
– Glute bridge
– Frog bridge
– Lateral band walk

How to Do Each Movement
Band tip: Place your band around your legs just above your knees if your band is looser, and farther up your thighs if it is tighter.
Place your band around your legs. Lie on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor at a distance to where you can touch your heels. Pressing through your heels, lift your hips up while squeezing your booty, and then lower your hips back down for 1 rep.
Place your band around your legs. Lay on your back with the soles of your feet together about a foot or two from your booty (as close to you as you can get them). Expand your knees as wide as you can and press your hips up while keeping your elbows and shoulders planted on the ground. Squeeze your booty at the top, and then lower for 1 rep.
Lateral Band Walk
Place your band around your legs. Stand on the middle of the resistance band with feet hip-width apart. Bend your knees slightly and hinge forward at your hips and pull the center of the band toward your chest. Take a lateral step to the right and then repeat to the left.
