The first demonstration is the wrong way to do a glute bridge. I am hyperextending my low back and not engaging my glutes. I see this exercise performed wrong all the time. The second video is me demonstrating a posterior tilt and engaging my glutes and core. This way, my back doesn’t overarch, and I can feel the activation of my glutes.
