You can still get a great workout in whether you are at the beginner, intermediate or advanced level!

Not everyone is starting at the same level, so we need progressions to accommodate these levels. I have beginner, intermediate, and advanced lifters at Booty Lab, which means we have variations of the same exercise in our workouts. There are exercises for all levels!
Watch as I start with advanced and work through the same or similar exercise to demonstrate all levels. Regardless of your background, all exercises can be challenging.

Advanced- Deficit Reverse Lunge
Intermediate-Bulgarian split squat
Beginner- Reverse Lunge

Exercise 2

Advanced- Barbell Deadlift
Intermediate- KB deadlift
Beginner- PVC deadlift

Exercise 3

Advanced- 2-point plank
Intermediate- Tall plank hold
Beginner- Elevated tall plank hold
