Booty Lab 2024 Plans
We had a great 2023 at Booty Lab and plan on having an even better 2024! We wanted to outline some of our goals for this new year so you can know what to expect and join us on this crazy ride!
1. Grow Our Studio & Online Presence
One of our goals this year is to grow our studio as well as our online presence so we can help reach more women to educate them on strength training! This means welcoming more women to workout with us in the studio, as well as on the Booty Lab by Becca fitness app.
2. Adding New Team Members
This year we plan on adding new team members to our current studio. Our coaches set the tone for all of our workouts and we really become one big family! We look forward to welcoming more strong women to our team.
3. Connect With Local Women-Owned Businesses
We are really big on supporting other women here at Booty Lab (duh!). So, this year we plan on adding more connections and collaborating with local women businesses owners and have them provide services to our studio.
Last year, we collaborated with Dr. Colleen Rollo from Paradigm Performance Therapy, Amy from Pelvic Prescription Physical Therapy and Kathryn Benko from Sole Fitness. All joined us in the studio and helped educate/train us in their area of expertise!
4. Second Studio??
Is there a second Booty Lab studio in our future?? Stay Tuned!!
