Use these tips to do a proper glute bridge and avoid any injuries
Here are some tips for doing a this booty workout correctly and preventing any lower back pain
– Practice the Pelvic tilt (make sure your back is on the ground)
– Keep your Core tight
– Slow down and master the movement!
Tip: once you have mastered the movement, add weights or a band to challenge yourself

How to do a Glute Bridge
Targets: Glutes, hamstrings, core
Lie flat on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor close to your butt. Keep your core tight and lift your hips up. Keep your knees pressed out and press through your heels. Squeeze your glutes at the top and then lower your hips back down for 1 rep.
