Gym Moves Versus Home Moves

Just because you are working out at home doesn’t mean you can’t get just as good of a workout in! You can complete your favorite exercises from anywhere!
 
Whether you transitioned from working out in a gym to working out at home, you are just starting out your at-home workout journey, or you just joined a gym, there are plenty of moves you can do to get the results you are looking for.
 
These exercises can be done either in a gym with a barbell, or at home with some dumbbells! Just make sure your form is good and you are comfortable with the amount of weight you are using.
