It’s the week of LOVE! Whether you’re celebrating Galentine’s Day with your girls or Valentine’s Day with your babe, we can all agree it’s a great day for a booty workout.

We love lifting heavy weights at Booty Lab, but I know not everyone has access to all the equipment they need. I put together this week’s workout so you can get the benefits on hip thrusts (one of my favorite movements, btw) without all the weights and equipment. All you need is a dumbbell or something with a little weight like a kettlebell or a water jug or a sag of flour… you get the idea!
Here are movements to challenge your glutes with minimum weights.

- Eccentrics
- Pause rep method
- 1.5 hip thrusts
