Client Appreciation Letter
I want to take a few minutes on my first official blog to express my gratitude and appreciation to all of my extraordinary clients. All of you, both past and present have been inspirations to me. I have learned so much from you and have been blessed to have been able to associate with such a broad array of successful, intelligent, and passionate people. You pursue life and your goals with such vigor and enthusiasm. You challenge me to always strive to learn more, to advance, and to grow so that I can always continue to offer you the highest caliber of service. I truly appreciate your dedication and commitment.
I firmly believe that personal training is just like any other relationship in that it has to be built on respect, trust, and commitment. I do not take lightly the responsibility you have all placed in my hands regarding your personal well being and health. I am humbled to have such a loyal and committed group of clients, and it is my greatest honor to serve you. If there is ever anything you need, do not hesitate to reach out to me. I will move mountains for you all if I can help you in any way! Thank you again for your commitment and continued pursuit of health and wellness.
Now let’s get 2011 and Wilmington Performance Lab started off with a bang. Let’s push the limits of what’s physically possible and accomplish great things together! First, I would like everyone to pursue the 30 day challenge that I have presented in this first blog. This food challenge will allow you to eliminate foods that have a negative impact on your health and fitness. It will completely change the way you think about food, it will change your habits and your cravings. So, let’s start the New Year out not with making resolutions we can’t commit to, but making a lifestyle change for a better you and better health.
