This chocolate chia seed pudding is one of my favorite go-to, healthy recipes. It’s easy to make and good for breakfast, snack or dessert.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups Unsweetened Coconut Milk
  • 1/3 cup chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tbs maple syrup 
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Wisk or stir together.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at one hour.
