Which M.T.E Are You?
Week 2 is almost done in our 6-week Transformation Competition. More weight has been lost. More time and dedication has been given. More results are showing when you look in the mirror. You feel better, you’re learning to eat better, and you’re giving everything you got in every single session. As we reach the halfway point of the competition, ask yourself one question. Which M.T.E are you?
M.T.E can represent two things; Meeting The Expectations or More Than Expected. If you are meeting the expectations then you are participating in every workout, you’re sweating, and then you’re going home. You may feel accomplished that you completed the workout, but you’re looking forward to a weekend full of rest and relaxation, void of the strenuous work you gave during the week. Your team at WPL wants you to be the other M.T.E, More Than Expected.
If you want incredible weight loss and lifestyle results at the end of this competition then you should strive to do more than expected, not only in the gym, but outside of the gym. Your health and fitness should spark a fire to drive you to be better each day. By doing more than expected you push yourself harder every session, you reach limits you didn’t know you were capable of reaching. Greatness comes to those who dedicate themselves to the task before them. Each of you have the potential to be great if you continue to do more than expected!
As you approach the weekend challenge yourself in your workouts, attend Saturday class, give everything you have to being a little better than you are today! We guarantee that the results you will get will be worth all the hard work! Keep pushing through. Remember, your trainers are always available to provide you with the motivation and information you need to succeed!
