“Normal” is eating a couple times per day, grabbing quick meals on the go, skipping workouts when you get busy, and only having time for 6 hours of sleep a night, “Normal” is not living in the moment and neglecting to live each moment to the fullest. “Normal” is what average people do.
In this program we are anything but normal, and you are above average. So spit on your hands and hoist your black flag. The journey to excellence continues.
