Semi-Private Groups

Our semi-private strength training groups are limited to 6 people. We know working out is more fun when you get to know the people you’re with. You still get that one-on-one assistance from your trainer, plus a few new friends to hold you accountable.

Personalized Attention

We want you to get the most out of every workout, which is why we keep our classes small. Our trainers will know you and your goals and can give you personalized attention during your workouts. Want to know your progress? You’ll have access to the Booty Lab app to track your workouts, weights, reps, goals, and more!

Fitness has always been a pivotal part of my life. As a young girl, cheerleading brought me a sense of athleticism and competitiveness that carried me to where I am today.

I began working as a special needs teacher, fulfilling my passion for helping others and instructing. However, when I met my husband Chris several years later, I discovered another passion; the health and training field. Training became a way to fuse fitness and teaching into my daily life.

Today, I am the proud owner of Booty Lab. My mission is to help women meet their health and fitness goals in a challenging, exciting, comfortable environment.

The most enjoyable and rewarding aspect of being a trainer is seeing your clients achieve their goals and be successful. Every day I get to witness individuals do more and be more than they ever dreamed of. My clients have coined me as the “glute queen,” since this is a focus of every session. I primarily work with females to help them achieve an athletic, yet feminine physique, and more importantly find confidence in themselves as beautiful, strong women.

I grew up in a very active household and was involved in sports from a young age, which naturally progressed into an interest in HIIT and weightlifting when I came to UNCW after high school. I started working out regularly and loved the positive changes it brought to my life and wanted to share these with others, which led me to obtain my personal trainer certification in 2019.

Since then, I have been training with clients of all ages and skill levels and recently graduated with a degree in Exercise Science and Exercise Physiology. Through my degree and certifications, I have learned a lot about health, fitness, and how to increase gains and performance in the gym. I have a passion for sharing this knowledge with others and helping them become the best version of themselves they can be.

I’m Ally. I’m 28 years old & grew up in New England in a little city called Lowell, MA just outside of Boston. Most people can tell I’m from the Boston area because of my accent.

I have a passion for personal development & believe to be your best self you have to work on your mental health, your emotional health, your physical health & your relationships to others. So I became a personal trainer. I wanted to be able to help women become their version of their best selves.

When I’m not diving into an inspirational compilation, book or podcast, I’m hanging out with my two cats, Pippy & Nova.

I enjoy fishing on the river with my boyfriend & laughing about silly things, especially references to reruns of New Girl.

You’ll find me with a barbell at the local CrossFit gym ?????. Deadlifts are my favorite!

I also love a good Acai bowl & I’ll never turn down tacos and margaritas ?

It’s my goal to have a gym of my own one day, so being a part of a team of amazing women helping each other become the strongest, best version of them is awesome! I’m so happy to be a part of the Booty Lab Team! ?

Hey, I’m Erica! I recently moved to Wilmington from Georgia.

For the past five years, I’ve been a head cheerleading coach and high school Health/PE teacher, specializing in girls’ weight training. With 11 years of competitive cheer experience and four amazing years on the UGA competitive cheerleading squad, I’ve always been passionate about movement and fitness.

My husband, Nate, has played a huge part in my fitness and career journey; we bonded over our love for working out early on, and he continues to inspire and motivate me every day.

I’m excited to bring my energy to Booty Lab and thrive in this new environment! Outside the gym, you can find me soaking up the sun at the pool or beach every chance I get.

I’m Tracy! I grew up in Bellport, NY, a small town on Long Island. My accent isn’t too heavy. I have lived in Wilmington for almost three years and love it. In my free time, I enjoy going to the gym, beach, or walking/hiking trails with my husband. I also enjoy spending time with my son, who recently graduated from SUNY Maritime College and our three dogs. You may find me attempting to complete a mud run or Spartan race.

I am passionate about health, fitness, and overall wellness, so I switched careers. I was an elementary school special education teacher for 17 years and knew it was time for a change. I became a health coach when I started my health journey again in my 40s. I am obtaining my NASM Certified Personal Trainer certification to begin personal training again (I did this many years ago!) I have been a gym manager at other gyms in my health career and am so happy to be a part of the Booty Lab Team here.
