Virtual Training Package
aka Girl, I don’t have time!
This package allows you to be in charge of your gym time. These are all virtual studio workouts. You get all the Strength Lab workouts in real-time, but the workouts can be done from your personal gym or home studio. Don’t worry – you still get access to the Booty Lab community and accountability in the Booty Lab app!

You have access to virtual Booty Lab workouts that can be done on your schedule – whenever, wherever!
4 Workouts per Week
Stay consistent and reach your goals with 4 virtual workouts per week.
Weekly Check-ins
Accountability and confidence are key! You’ll have weekly check-ins with your coach to answer any questions and track your progress.
Monthly In-Body Testing
Come into the Booty Lab Studio once a month for In-Body testing to track your progress.
Full Access to the Booty Lab app
You’ll have full access to your workouts, plan, progress tracking, and the Booty Lab community in the Booty Lab app!

Whether you’re in school, building your career, or hustling in that mom life, Booty Lab is now offering these options just for you!
IN & OUT Package
This package allows you to pop in the Booty Lab Studio 1x per week for in-person classes. Your other 3 workouts for the week can be done at home or your personal gym. Don’t worry, girl! You will have on-demand access to the workouts and the Booty Lab community in the app.

1 Weekly In-Studio Workout
Once a week, you will have an in-studio workout. This is a great time to work with your coach and connect with the Booty Lab community.
3 Additional Workouts per Week
Stay consistent and reach your goals with 3 additional virtual workouts per week. These can be done anytime, anywhere – a great option for all our busy ladies out there!
Weekly Check-ins
