The Workout:

3 Rounds
Banded glute bridges x10-20
Plank x20-60 seconds

3 Rounds
Single leg deadlifts x10-20/side
Push-ups x1-10

Keep in mind the muscles you are working. Take your time and focus on your form. I promise these movements will challenge your mind and that body!
