Total Body Partner Workout

1) Assisted pistol squat ( lower body/core)
2) Parter bent over row (upper back)
3) Hip thrust (Lower/core)
4) Push-ups (upper/core)
5) Resisted leg curl (lower burn)

6) Partner plank hand taps (Total body)

Try this for 2-3 rounds (5-10 reps each exercise) rest as needed.
