With the holidays approaching, it can difficult to make it to the gym. Whether you’re traveling or just plain busy, you can easily do this partner workout. Just grab your workout buddy or a family member!

 

Total Body Partner Workout

1) Assisted pistol squat ( lower body/core)
2) Parter bent over row (upper back)
3) Hip thrust (Lower/core)
4) Push-ups (upper/core)
5) Resisted leg curl (lower burn)

6) Partner plank hand taps (Total body)

Try this for 2-3 rounds (5-10 reps each exercise) rest as needed.
